Divorce is among life’s most stressful experiences. Yet, the experience can be a transformational opportunity for personal growth, inner healing, and positive independence. Wherever you are in the journey through divorce, I will guide and support you to reassess your goals, life patterns, relationship choices, career path, family interactions, and beliefs about yourself. I will also help you create a plan of action to put you back on the path toward your expressed life goals.

The weekend workshop combines creative techniques used to facilitate personal discovery, including writing exercises, visualizations, and expressive projects along with individual coaching, group processing, and personalized goal setting.

Together we will:
· Deepen your self understanding
· Celebrate your strengths
· Journey successfully through difficult decisions
· Determine what you want and need from your divorce, so you’ll spend less time and money on legal fees
· Investigate career opportunities based on your unique talents
· Cope with the emotional fallout of divorce within a supportive community
· Learn new ways to communicate with yourself, kids, family and friends · Develop a future relationship plan
· Address any issue, idea, challenge or accomplishment that you want to focus upon.

Program Details
Weekend Retreat in Northern California: In a serene and inspiring setting we’ll build a support community. You will meet me and other participants, share stories, identify personal challenges and create an action plan. Arrival Friday night between 4 and 6pm. Dinner at 6pm, opening meeting at 7:30. Departure 2pm on Sunday following lunch.

Support Partner: Among the group of participants, you will have a personal support partner to connect with on a regular basis, usually via telephone. You can decide together how best to support each other. The possibility to change support partners every month will be set up during the workshop according to group response.

Lifetime Membership to SingleMomsConnect.com: A community support system that allows single moms to build supportive friendships, participate in forum discussion groups, get emergency advice and find resources and information.

Cost
$350 for a shared room, $400 for a private room. with a maximum enrollment of fifteen women. Includes food and lodging.
